All of the flooring is done, and it looks pretty darn good! Downstairs is mostly cardboard, accented by wood (the budget, you know). Upstairs is the mocha-colored carpet, with tile in the baths and laundry. Neil is really excited about his room being done! He almost has an ocean view!

Way cool. But you only mention the tile floors. Why no pictures? Love the house and your impeccable decorating. Can hardly wait until you "Break Camp" and get the heck out of EC Be sure to turn out the lights. dad
